Palm trees, olives, sunsets, lemon trees, misty mountains and bougainvillea… *sigh*. I was lucky enough to have a few extra days in Mallorca when I traveled there for Sian & Dom’s destination wedding. I stayed in a beautiful little hotel, C’al Bisbe, in the centre of Soller, and enjoyed wandering the tiny streets of the pretty town, sampling local delicacies at the market, and a little bit of R&R by the pool too.
