Revisiting these beautiful bridal portraits and de Revisiting these beautiful bridal portraits and details in the salon bleu at @chateaudechamplatreux…. These are possibly my favourite bridal portraits of my career of over 15 years as a wedding photographer. The exquisite location, the gorgeous light, the stunning bride and incredible dress and details. Aside from these obvious elements though, the other crucial thing was that we had plenty of time. So often these moments before the ceremony become rushed and hectic which isn’t good for anyone. Building plenty of time into the pre-ceremony schedule allows not only for portraits like this, but also a calmer atmosphere and time to enjoy precious moments with your bridesmaids and parents before the busier parts of the day. This was the last wedding of the year for me in 2023, and what a way to end the season.
